About Blueprint

Blueprint for Learning is New Zealand's leading provider of learning and development for people working in the mental health and social service sectors.

Blueprint's dream is to enhance the wellbeing of people and communities through inspirational learning. Our focus is about bringing learning to life and creating a fun, vibrant atmosphere where all can flourish and grow.

Blueprint is also a recognised hub of sector expertise, undertaking workforce research and evaluation projects for both government and non-government agencies.

Blueprint was established in 1999 under Pathways Trust to meet the needs of its staff. After introducing the first specific qualification for mental health support workers – the National Certificate in Mental Health (Mental Health Support Work) (Level 4) – Blueprint became a separate organisation in response to sector demand for high-quality mental health education.

Blueprint practices Sustainable Peak Performance. This is an organisational framework that helps us determine our values, purpose and business direction; it helps us to be our organisational best.

Blueprint is passionate about people and their potential. We value the pursuit of knowledge and the difference it can make. But for us, our true reward is in real outcomes – the difference our learners make for people and communities because of their experience with us.

Blueprint is part of the Wisegroup.
