Blueprint workshops are available for organisations of any size, in any sector, that want to prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their kaimahi.
For those needing something more bespoke, our team can work with you to create a custom workshop that meets the needs of your organisation.
Can't say enough good things about Blueprint. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with a organisation that actually did what it said it was going to. 10/10 in every aspect.
- Nick, Leigh Fire Department
Just wanted to say how much we all enjoyed the workshop on Tuesday. The session was very well-run and professional, reflecting Blueprint for Learning's meticulous planning and commitment to excellence. [I was] so impressed with the whole professionalism of the workshop and my interaction with Blueprint for Learning.
- Annette, Tū Ora Compass Health
Loved the course today – awesome presenters and a great day all round!
- Sport Auckland
I wanted to thank you and your team for the fantastic workshop last week. I have had great feedback from our volunteers who attended. Many thanks and I look forward to working with you again.
- CAB Petone
Working with Blueprint for Learning was a breeze - from start to finish we really felt the professionalism and the support. The communication was quick and easy, all questions and concerns raised were answered in a timely manner. And although we came from a minority group (ethnic community/disabled) we felt we were seen, heard and valued.

Delivered to suit your needs
We can deliver workshops around Aotearoa New Zealand, from Cape Reinga to Bluff.
For in-person workshops, you can choose the full package that includes catering and a venue, or a stripped-back option without catering and where you provide the venue. Or maybe something in between is a better fit. We’ll work with you to ensure the workshop package meets your needs and budget.
If your organisation is spread across locations or you don’t want to commit to a full-day workshop, we can deliver most of our workshops online, split over several sessions.
Understanding your organisation
We will work with you to understand your industry or workplace, the people who will be attending the workshop, and any challenges your organisation is experiencing.
This means we can pair your organisation with facilitators who have relevant experience and backgrounds. They will be sensitive to what’s going on in your organisation and can provide context that ensures your team gets the most from the training.
Work with a dedicated team
We are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. You will get a dedicated programme lead who will manage the workshop experience from start to finish. They’ll be supported by a programme coordinator who takes care of the registration process and all workshop communications.
We can take care of everything so your organisation can focus on the learning experience.
See the impact
You will receive an impact report that shows how the workshops met the needs and expectations of your organisation.
The report is based on the results of the short evaluation survey participants will complete after the workshop. The survey captures how confident participants felt before and after the workshop, and shows how they are going to use their new learning to better support the people they work with, their own whānau and their own wellbeing needs.
Bespoke workshops
We are experts at designing effective training that hits the mark.
Our existing suite of workshops might not be quite what you need. If that’s the case, our experienced team will work with you to understand your training needs and create a bespoke workshop designed especially for you. This could be a full-day workshop, a shorter online workshop, or even a ‘lunch and learn’ type session.
If you are feeling uncertain about what you need, we can still help. Let’s talk about the specific challenges your staff are experiencing and what your desired outcomes are. We will develop a training plan that works.
Funded community workshops
Some Blueprint workshops are also delivered as community workshops, funded by Te Whatu Ora. This includes MH101®, our mental health literacy workshop and Addiction 101, our addiction literacy workshop.
Community workshops are generally limited to five people from one organisation, with 25 total participants. However, some organisations may be eligible for a funded workshop. Non-profit organisations will be prioritised for funded workshops. Contact us for more information.
