Anthony Salazar

Kia ora! Ko Anthony Salazar tōku ingoa.

I am an Operations Support Coordinator within the Blueprint team, where I support the day-to-day operations that help deliver impactful workshops across Aotearoa. My role focuses on ensuring the team has the resources and coordination needed to keep everything running smoothly.

Originally from Bakersfield, California, I moved to New Zealand in 2018 and have since found a strong sense of purpose being part of an organisation committed to addressing mental health challenges. I’m grateful to work alongside a team that shares the same passion for making a meaningful difference.

Outside of mahi, you’ll often find me fishing or spending time by the beach whenever the weather allows.

I try to live by a simple mindset: appreciate the little things. It’s easy to get caught up in the future, but there’s real value in being in the moment of today and making the most of it. Today is a gift, which is why we call it the “present,” so treat it with grace.
