Leading Wellbeing at Work is a one-day workshop designed to equip managers and leaders to recognise and respond supportively to staff experiencing mental health challenges in the workplace.
After attending Leading Wellbeing at Work, participants will be able to:
- Link employee wellbeing to productivity and legislation
- Recognise signs of mental wellbeing and mental distress in the workplace
- Understand what people with mental health challenges are experiencing
- Provide appropriate support to staff experiencing mental distress.

We can also run workshops for a specific industry or workplace and will work with you to understand your industry and the people who will be attending.
The pricing is $450 + GST per person for a public workshop, $5415 + GST for an organisation booking at your venue or $6815 + GST for an organisation booking at our venue.

Evaluation and reports
Organisations that purchase a workshop will receive an evaluation report. This contains the outcomes of the webinar captured through participant evaluations. It is a great tool to show how useful the training was. This data can also be used to better understand the needs of your workforce and to support wellbeing initiatives within your organisation.
