I am of Māori and Samoan descent and I credit my whānau for modelling the importance of manaakitanga and service within our community. I believe it is those values that drive me in what I do and making a difference in people’s lives.
I am the programme coordinator for MH101. I have 17 years’ administration and organisational experience and previously worked for Capital Coast District Health Board and a number of corporate organisations overseas. My journey with Blueprint for Learning started back in 2013.
My passion for knowledge, being a mother and contributing towards supporting better mental health outcomes for all people, especially for Māori and Pasifika are some of things I enjoy doing every day. I feel very honoured to be a part of an awesome team who work within the mental health, addiction and disability sector and who are driven and passionate about making a positive influence in the lives of people in Aotearoa.
