Life after Lockdown Webinar
Understand Covid-19 related anxiety and adapt to our new way of life.

Description
When Aotearoa New Zealand moved away from the COVID-19 elimination strategy, out of lockdown and into the traffic light system, it signalled a new way of life. This change causes a wide range of emotions for many people, as they adapt to a more normal life outside of a lockdown with the freedom to travel around the country, go to work and see whanau/family and friends.
We are also adjusting to living with COVID-19 in the community around us, and the new situations, uncertainties, and potentially challenging conversations this will bring. Understandably, many of us will experience anxiety as we move into this new way of life.
In this 2.5-hour interactive workshop, we will help you recognise COVID-19 related anxiety and give you evidence-based tools to reduce the impact of these as you adjust to life after lockdown.

During this workshop, you will learn:
- common challenges people experience when moving out of lockdown life.
- how to reduce the impact of COVID-19 related anxiety.

Participants will receive a workbook with webinar notes, additional reading and a directory for further support and assistance.
