Mental Health and Wellbeing During COVID-19 (free session)

Understand stress and have strategies to support wellbeing through the COVID-19 situation.



The current Covid-19 situation creates uncertainty for all of us, and this can impact on our mental health and general wellbeing. In this 2.5-hour webinar, we will use evidence-based strategies to help people learn to build resilience and maintain their wellbeing during uncertain times. 

It will be delivered via Zoom. To get the most out of it, we recommend you have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A microphone and camera connected to your computer/device.

You are welcome to join the webinar 15 minutes early to troubleshoot any technology issues with our team. If you are unsure if you have suitable technology to enable you to participant, please contact us before your scheduled session so we can assist with this.

Anytime, anywhere, and any industry

This webinar is currently delivered remotely via Zoom, to participants aged 16 years and above living in New Zealand. Individuals can register for scheduled webinar on this website. We can also deliver this webinar for a workplace, accommodating up to 25 participants in a session. Please contact us to organise this.
