While moving up alert levels was not the news we wanted, as a country we were prepared for this eventuality. Together, our team of five million will get through this.
This news may be making you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or a host of other emotions. This is perfectly natural. It’s important to remember everyone will react differently and however you are feeling, that is okay.
However, it is essential to take care of your mental health and wellbeing during this time. We have pulled together a range of resources below to support the wellbeing of you and your whānau.
Working well from home
Many New Zealanders find themselves in the unfamiliar territory of working from home. It can be quite an adjustment at the best of times, let alone in the world in which we currently find ourselves. Blueprint for Learning has created a framework for working well from home, based on the Te Whare Tapa Whā model, which looks at the four dimensions of wellbeing.
