Sialei Anamani

Facilitator development coordinator

Kia ora and Talofa lava. I have a background in adult education, programme development and coaching/mentoring, plus seven years on the ground as a facilitator for the MH101 programme. It is a pleasure to be able to bring my skills and experience to the Blueprint team to help support and develop our wonderful facilitators. I am a passionate supporter and developer of people – I just love to walk alongside people to support them and see them flourish. We have such an amazing group of people that facilitate for Blueprint that come with such a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience. I do believe that people attending our workshops are very lucky indeed.

I have my own living experience of mental health struggles and so know the necessity of implementing the wellbeing practices we teach in our programmes. I like to live and share the message that it’s ok to not be ok, and it is bold and courageous to invest and continue on your healing journey – for as long as it takes. I am grateful to the people I have in my own life that support me in mine.
