Harassment Prevention
This training is designed to provide participants with a greater understanding and awareness of harassment, the signs associated with harassment and what action to take. Participants will be able to identify, describe and define sexual and racial harassment and bullying, whilst also gaining an understanding of each of the 13 grounds of discrimination.This workshop will focus on:
- Defining and understanding the relevant Legal issues and Acts that make harassment unlawful.
- How to prevent harassment by identifying the individuals personal rights and responsibilities
- Understanding the consequences of harassment
- Identifying relevant policy, procedures and avenues for action
- Exploring assertive responses.
