The Blueprint Leadership Network
One of the key principles identified by government research is the need for a network of national leaders.
Executive Leadership and Management Programme graduates will work closely together both during and following the programme, as part of an organised relationship called the Blueprint Leadership Network (BLN).
The value of this network will be to inform and contribute to a range of sector related issues including mental health workforce development in New Zealand.
The BLN will be involved in mentoring successive ELMP students as well as conference development around leadership and management issues and support.
