Jacqui Graham, Chief Executive, WISE Management Services 
Jacqui Graham began her career over 25 years ago as a Psychiatric Nurse. In 1989 Jacqui returned to New Zealand at a time of de-institutionalisation and was the founder of leading edge community-based services, today known as Pathways Trust.
She believes that the key to the success of Pathways, and the other trusts she has been involved in, rests in an ability to follow the lead of service users. More recently, people started talking about recovery and its relationship to employment; Jacqui dedicated herself to the pursuit of solutions.
She has combined her wealth of experience in mental health service delivery with a spirit of entrepreneurship and has led the establishment of Workwise Employment Agency and a number of world-class social enterprise businesses. In addition, Jacqui has a Master of Business Administration, holds directorships in six companies and is a Trustee on five different boards.
