A trained occupational therapist, Sally began her career working in mental health, following her desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Sally joined Blueprint in 2004 when she was approached to set up a new programme of learning aimed at developing and supporting the leaders of tomorrow in the mental health sector, the Blueprint Executive Leadership and Management Programme.
In her role as chief executive, Sally continues to combine leadership in mental health with her original goal of helping to make a difference in the lives of others.
“It’s the people who are at the heart of Blueprint. Working with learners on their path to fulfilling their true potential backed, by a fantastic team brings immense satisfaction,” says Sally.
With an organisation that is dynamic, flexible and a small close knit team that embraces new challenges and innovation, Sally believes that Blueprint can make a difference in people’s lives.
