Available Scholarships for the ELMP 2011

Waikato DHB Funded Scholarship
Available to: A successful applicant who is a Waikato DHB employee. Both NGO and hospital services are applicable.

Mental Health Commission Funded Scholarship
Available to: A successful applicant who is a family / whanau advisor
Value: $5000 + GST

Service User Leader or Family / Whanau Advisor Scholarship
Funded by Te Pou
Available to: A successful applicant who is a service user leader or family / whanau advisor
Value: $5000 + GST each (2 scholarships available)

If you are eligible for a scholarship you must fill out a standard ELMP application form as well as a scholarship application form. Your scholarship application form will be processed once you are accepted into the Executive Leadership and Management Programme. Both forms are due no later than Monday 13 December 2010.
