An overview to evidence-based supported employment
This two hour seminar introduces the theory and principals behind evidence-based supported employment (EBSE).
The seminar will cover the research that supports EBSE, the critical components that lead to increased competitive employment rates for people using services, and the positive outcomes for people and the organisations that support them.
Who should attend
Senior leaders, chief executives, policy makers, planners and funders, commissioners and key managers within mental health organisations will all benefit from attending this seminar.
It is also an ideal introduction for health practitioners to attend, giving them the skills and knowledge to contribute to working with employment consultants in a multidisciplinary team.
