Programme overview

Blueprint's National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) has been designed for team leaders, advisors, supervisors and first line managers within the mental health, addiction, disability and social service sectors.

The programme has been developed in partnership with Tai Poutini Polytechic  who share Blueprint's philosophy of ‘living the learning’. Tai Poutini brings an understanding of diverse sectors and environments and support Blueprint's tutors to deliver a comprehensive and widely applicable programme.
