Blueprint for Learning’s National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) is a level four NZQA recognised qualification.
The programme is nationally recognised as the career foundation for first line managers working in the mental health, addiction or disability sectors. Key elements of the programme include:
- communication skills and introduction to management
- leadership and team building
- planning work
- conflict management and problem solving.
The learning includes four, two-day block courses. However, each module can be delivered separately so the qualification can be completed as resourcing allows.
Need financial assistance?
Blueprint understands the demands on organisations in regard to the availability of resources, particularly from a financial and staffing perspective. We're pleased to offer each module separately with learners awarded the unit standards for the workshop they attend. This means the qualification can be completed as resourcing allows.
2010 dates
The learning includes four, two day block courses. This year all classroom work is Auckland based on the following dates.
- Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 August
- Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 September
- Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 October
- Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 November
Each module can be delivered separately so the qualification can be completed as resourcing allows.
