Blueprint for Learning Chief Executive, (Programme Coordinator, Executive Leadership and Management Programme)
Sally is the CE of Blueprint for Learning. She joined the Blueprint team four years ago to lead new business development and to operate as the central coordinator for the Executive Leadership and Management Programme.
Sally began working as an Occupational Therapist nineteen years ago but primarily has held a series of management and leadership positions throughout her career in mental health both in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom. Sally has extensive experience in service design and development, project-based planning and leadership, change management and business and service management.
Sally held a number of key positions prior to joining Blueprint including: Team Leader, South Community Mental Health Team, Capital and Coast District Health Board; Service Manager, Regional Forensic, Rehabilitation and Intellectual Disability Services and Acting Business Manager and Day Care Services Manager (Head 111 OT), Camberwell Sector, The Maudsley NHS Trust, London.
Sally believes that vision, commitment, enthusiasm and innovation are integral themes for leadership. Sally is an accredited Belbin Facilitator.
