Presentation
Making Cultural Diversity your C-H-O-I-C-E- Retaining talented and culturally different employees
We all know we live in a multi-cultural society. In fact one in four New Zealanders were not born here. We know that despite the economic climate we’re still seeing a global skill shortage. But are we poised to attract the best talent? Do we need to become smarter at using the culturally diverse talent available?
Taruni, who works with private and public sector organisations around the world to create sustainable multicultural, diversity-aware organisations will tackle this question. The aim? Improved capability! Capitalising on our diversity.
