Professor David McKie
Professor McKie has been a communication consultant and business coach and has run workshops for individuals and organisations in Australia, Europe, India and the USA. In New Zealand he consults in the public and private sector and his clients include Fonterra, Mauri Ora, New Zealand Police and Telecom.
David teaches Leadership Transformation and Growth on the Waikato MBA programme. He has co-authored a book on environmental impacts and has published and spoken widely on change and leadership, communication features, corporate identity and reputation, emotional intelligence, media and popular culture, business applications of chaos and complexity organisational culture and identity, policy and globalization, public relations, and virtual reality and new technologies.
He is passionate about living creatively and is currently writing two books: one on Action Management and Workplace Creativity and the other on 21st Century Strategic Communication.
