BLN Overview
The Blueprint Leadership Network (BLN) is the alumnus of the Blueprint Executive Leadership and Management Programmes.
The Blueprint Leadership Network has been established to:
- Provide the opportunity to support and nurture sustainable outcomes of the ELMP and AELMP programme of learning.
- Provide opportunities for BLN members to plan, develop and influence the future direction of mental health and addictions services in NZ.
- Maintain and nurture existing and develop new ‘crucial' relationships for enhancing the sector and your own personal development.
- Enable an ongoing relationship between graduates and Blueprint for Learning within an environment of academic learning and professional growth that will be challenging, provocative, inspirational and fun!!.
The inaugural gathering of the Blueprint Leadership Network "We are Change" was held on 6-7 August 2008. It featured presentations by leading edge speakers on how to drive and lead change that is sustainable and successful in an environment of challenge, resistance and ongoing transformation.
The 2009 BLN was held on 5th and 6th November and looked at diversity and leadership, positive attitudes, values based leadership and challenges specific to the current environment.
