This seminar series has been developed specifically for Mental Health and Addictions Planners and Funders within DHB's to enhance and develop their existing knowledge base and skills.
Through a mix of inspiring presentations, practical exercises, interactive learning activities and robust discussion participants will:
- learn the importance of values driven leadership
- focus on the key competencies and skills for the planning and funding role
- enhance skills in maintaining effective communication and performing under pressure
- develop greater understanding of the significance of systemic approaches to innovation and change
- extend skills in professional coaching and mentoring.
