Leadership Training
Blueprint leadership training has been developed to provide focussed courses to enhance and extend the skills of leaders and future leaders in the mental health and social service sectors.
Current leadership programmes include the following.

This programme is nationally recognised as the career foundation for first line managers and emerging leaders working across the health and social service sectors. The learning includes four short block courses of workshop time, as well as self-directed learning and assessment. Read more.
Executive Leadership and Management Programme (ELMP)
The ELMP was established in 2004, specifically to identify and support future leaders of the mental health and addictions sector. Due to its continued success it has been tailored and adapted to be more inclusive and meet the needs of the wider social sector. This programme, which runs February-November of each year, is a unique and sought-after opportunity for professional development for those working as leaders and managers in the mental health, addictions, disability and social sectors.
