Programme Overview

The ELMP is recognised as one of only two programmes in the  world that sees leaders from consumer, clinical and management professionals studying together.

The ELMP will deliver an education, training and development leadership programme that will grow leaders in the mental health and addictions sector. The programme will provide opportunities for participants to incorporate Let’s get real to implement personal development of the leader level of the seven Real Skills.The ELMP is now running every second year. Therefore the next ELMP will be run in 2011 from February to December.

  •  One year timeframe - March 2009 to April 2010
  • Maximum of 16 days classroom commitment
  • One stream delivered from both Auckland and Wellington
  • Fee: $3000 + GST
  • Mentor allocated
  • Action Learning Set participation
  • Timetable 2009/10
  • Study Tour Award for one recipient
  • Two postgraduate papers
  • Closing date for applications Friday, 6 February 2009
  • No Recognition of prior learning
