About Blueprint
Blueprint delivers a diverse range of training at all levels, to all kinds of health, mental health, addiction and social sector agencies - all with the same passion for real outcomes.
In addition to education and training, Blueprint for Learning is a recognised hub of sector expertise, undertaking workforce research and evaluation projects for both government and non-government agencies.
Blueprint for Learning was established in 1999 under Pathways Trust to meet the needs of its staff, with the introduction of the first specific qualification for mental health support workers; The National Certificate in Mental Health (Mental Health Support Work). However Blueprint soon became a separate entity in response to the unexpected level of demand for high quality mental health education.
Blueprint for Learning is passionate about people and their potential. We value the pursuit of knowledge and the difference it can make. But for us, our true reward is the difference our learners make for people and communities because of their experience with us.
Blueprint for Learning provides a vibrant, fun atmosphere which brings learning to life, whether that training is in our corporate offices in Auckland or Wellington, your workplace or in one of our many external regional locations.
