Is your Future in Leadership?
Welcome to the Home of the Blueprint Executive Leadership and Management Programme (ELMP). Since 2004 142 people have graduated from the ELMP and 50 have successfully completed the Advanced Executive Leadership in Management Programme.
The ELMP was established specifically to identify and support future leaders of the mental health and addictions sector. Due to its continued success it has been tailored and adapted to be more inclusive and meet the needs of the wider social sector.
This programme is a unique opportunity for professional development for those working as leaders and managers in the mental health, addictions, disability and social sectors. The ELMP is a contemporary programme built on its historical success and incorporates current sector and environmental priorities.
