Awards and Graduations

As with the ELMP, an Award will recognise one outstanding contribution to the ADVANCED Executive Leadership and Management Programme (AELMP).


The recipient will be given support with a grant to provide funded professional coaching/mentoring for one year.  The Award supports a key programme goal of sustainable leadership outcomes.

Dr Janice Wilson and Sally Pitts-Brown
Louisa utilised her resource for personal coaching
and a think tank to make her Award presentation
a reality.  This work is ongoing.

AELMP Graduation 2007

Graduates from the ADVANCED Executive Leadership and Management
Programme 2006 had the opportunity to attend their graduation at the
University of Waikato and receive their Postgraduate Certificate of
Management Studies (PGCertMgtSt). The ceremony was held at the
Founders Theatre in Hamilton in October.
