Executive leadership and management programme

The executive leadership and management programme (ELMP) comprises postgraduate management papers delivered by New Zealand's tertiary leader in management research, Waikato Management School at The University of Waikato. The papers are from the MBA suite of Level 7 topics. An undergraduate qualification is not necessary if demonstrable sector experience is shown.

An Advanced Executive Leadership and Management Programme (AELMP) is available to people who have completed the ELMP.

Applications and fees

A new and exciting leadership programme for the mental health, addiction and disability sector is currently being developed. Application and fees information for the 2014 intake will be available by August 2013.

Programme fees for people working in the mental health and addiction sector are partially funded by Te Pou, which works to support and develop the mental health, addiction and disability workforces in New Zealand.
Applicants who are working in the wider social sector but not in mental health or addiction should contact us to discuss fees.
